The Audemars Piguet [Re]master01 26595SR.OO.A032VE.01 is a self-winding chronograph timepiece that brings the aesthetics of the past into the present. It is the first remastering project to evoke the original chronograph wristwatch from 1943, with its two-tone steel and pink gold case enhanced with a champagne dial.

Audemars Piguet crafted the pre-model 1533 during World War II (1939–1945). The case is 36-millimetre. This case size is large for the era when most of the chronograph wristwatches case measured between 31 and 34-millimetre. They sold three stainless steel and gold chronograph wristwatches with the present case design in 1943.

The Audemars Piguet [Re]master01 26595SR.OO.A032VE.01 case is 40-millimetre, made of stainless steel and polished by hand. The bezel, olive-shaped pushers and chamfered crown are 18k pink gold.
