What's so special about the rainbow-coloured dial?
Carolina Bucci created a dial that appears in black at first glance. It reveals a multi-coloured spectrum that brings the Tapisserie effect to life in the ever-changing light when you have a closer inspection. The pattern of iridescent colours varies from dial to dial, making each design unique.
How did Carolina Bucci create the rainbow-coloured dial?
Carolina Bucci added a sapphire plate with micro-structured squares on top of the brass dial to create rich rainbow-coloured plays of light. She applied a golden metallisation process on the brass dial to create a mirror effect that shines light onto the dial.
