The Automatic Movement with Flyback Function

The new Code 11.59 by Audemars Piguet is using Audemars Piguet Calibre 4401 Automatic Movement. The movement has a patented setting mechanism that brings stability and precision when adjusting the watch’s functions. The total thickness of the movement is 6.8mm, consisting of 367 parts and 40 jewels. It has a power reserve of 70 hours.

The Audemars Piguet Calibre 4401 is an integrated chronograph with a column wheel and flyback function. You can restart the chronograph function without stopping and resetting it. When you activate the reset button, the operating lever will drive the hammers to hit the chronograph’s heart-piece cams, bringing the chronograph wheels and hands back to zero.
